Return Process

  Log into your Flory's Online account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
